It was very easy to access the ferry to get across the river. The layout of the place is perfect and the amenities were great đ„°. The host was extremely flexible and communicative. I will definitely stay there again! đ

Wow is one word I would use to describe this location. From the moment you walk in you are met with beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, and a comfortable temperature. Dionne is a fantastic host and rest assure, if there is any problem at all, she will solve it immediately. My group and I felt safe in this home. The location is great and there are plenty of stores and food options within walking distance. Parking is also easy because the home is located on a one way street with parking all around, so you can park worry free at night. Within the home it was perfectly stocked with all the essentials and the beds were extremely comfortable. This is truly the best place to stay in all of Algiers point and will absolutely be back again!

Dionne was an awesome host. The property was exactly as described and looked exactly like the photos. The neighborhood was fine and we had no issues during our stay. Dionne communicated well and covered all bases from home instructions to local recommendations. The stay was a complete 10 out of 10. We can't wait to visit again!

The studio apartment was super cute. Full of charm and character. The bed was very comfortable. The home is easy to find and the neighborhood is quiet and cute, there is a park next to it.

Algiers pointe was perfect location to access French quarter, etc, while a peaceful retreat from the city by ferry. Ferry location very walkable from BNB.
Most importantly, Dionne was the perfect, responsive host. Her place reflects great taste and charm. Love the New Orleans flair! Beds were comfy. Slept well. TVs in each BR plus living room was plus. Neighbors were super friendly and personable. Felt like home and Dionne made us feel like visiting relatives! NOLA is a magical, unique and special city. So is this spot.
Bathroom upstairs, so might not be everyone's choice. Also, due to dependency on ferry, might be challenge for those travelling car less and wanting to take in the nola nightlife. Otherwise, book this charmer and enjoy! Say hello to the next door neighbors while you're at it!

Nous avons beaucoup aimĂ© notre sĂ©jour. L'appartement a vraiment beaucoup de charme. Il est pratique et confortable. L'emplacement est agrĂ©able. Il faut juste garder en tĂȘte que le ferry s'arrĂȘte vers 21h. Toutefois, avec les Uber, il est trĂšs facile d'aller profiter de l'ambiance du centre de la Nouvelle OrlĂ©ans. Un grand merci ! Nous recommandons !

The Particular Point loft was fantastic! It had an amazing vibe and was appointed well. Dionne made sure we had everything that we needed for a truly memorable stay. Communication was great and her recommendations were on point! We will definitely be back!!
